Background: Eric A. Waldburger has a long and distinguished track record in the luxury hospitality industry, having spent four decades working in Europe, Asia, the Unites States and The Bahamas. Some of his key postings include General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Macau, The Peninsula Hong Kong, The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong and The Harbour Plaza Hong Kong.where he used to deal with all sort of luxury companies and officials. Prior to founding i Solutions & Concepts, Eric spent ten years with the Hutchison Whampoa Group and established the Harbour Plaza Hotel Group where he served as General Manager of the flagship hotel, The Harbour Plaza Hong Kong before being appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the hotel group.
 He is now giving a lot of Coaching Seminar throughout the world and has written a best sellers book about training.
